Qatar bags the quintuple as the safest country in the world

For the fifth time in a row, Qatar has been declared the safest country in the world as per Numbeo's Crime Index metrics. This recognition has been awarded to Qatar since 2019. 

With a score of 13.3 crime index and 86.7 safety index, Qatar has been ranked 1st out of 118 countries in the world. The top 10 safest countries ranked by Numbeo are as below :
