Qatar-US Strategic Dialogue 2021
A session on partnership in law enforcement and combating terrorism was held in Washington, the United States of America US, within the framework of the Fourth Qatar-US Strategic Dialogue.
During the session, they discussed security issues of common interest and agreed on the need to continue strengthening and enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
At the end of the session, the two parties signed an agreement on exchanging information on visas between the two governments.
Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Interior, Chairman of the National Counter-Terrorism Committee, and chair of the Qatari side in the session Major General Eng. Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Ansari signed the agreement on behalf of the Qatari side, while HE Under-Secretary at the US Department of Homeland Security Robert Silver signed it on behalf of the US side.
