Qatar Beats India In The Joint Qualifiers For The 2026 World Cup And 2027 Asian Cup
In their second match of the joint qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup and the 2027 Asian Cup, Team Qatar, also known as Al Annabi, clashed against India at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, on November 21, 2023.
The final score at full-time was 0-3 in favor of Qatar. Mustafa Mashaal opened the scoring early on in the 4th minute for Qatar, seizing a 1-0 lead with an assist from Tameem Mansour Al Abdullah. Shortly after the commencement of the second half, Al Moez Ali doubled Qatar's lead to 2-0 in the 47th minute.
The final goal of the game came in the 86th minute when Yousef Abdulrazaq netted the ball, assisted by Mohammed Waad, concluding the match with a final score of 0-3 in favor of Team Qatar.
