The drive saw enthusiastic participation from QIC employees, reflecting the Group’s mission to create a positive impact on society. Rashid Al Buainain, Group Chief Administrative Officer, expressed pride in the initiative, stating, “As Qatar’s leading insurance company, we are steadfast in our commitment to societal well-being. Blood donation is a simple yet profound way to support our community. The remarkable turnout underscores the importance of such initiatives in enhancing public health and reinforcing social solidarity.”
The annual campaign has become a cornerstone of QIC’s corporate social responsibility program, which addresses key societal issues, including education, health, sports, culture, and environmental sustainability. By bolstering the national blood bank, QIC’s blood drives play a vital role in saving lives and strengthening Qatar’s healthcare system.
