QNA Director-General Meets Iraqi Ambassador to Discuss Media Cooperation

HE Director-General of Qatar News Agency (QNA), Ahmed bin Saeed Al Rumaihi, met with HE Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the State of Qatar, Mohammed Jaafar Al Sadr, in Doha on Tuesday to discuss ways of strengthening bilateral cooperation in the media sector. 

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed avenues for enhancing collaboration between Qatar and Iraq in the field of media, reflecting the growing ties between the two countries and their shared interest in expanding professional cooperation. 

The discussions focused on opportunities to develop media partnerships, exchange expertise and support initiatives that contribute to strengthening communication and cooperation between the two nations' media institutions. 

The meeting underscores the importance both countries place on fostering stronger bilateral relations across various sectors, including media and information, as Qatar and Iraq continue to deepen their diplomatic engagement.
