View circulars of travel ban on Metrash2 Application
The Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) in the State of Qatar has emphasized that citizens and residents may view the circulars of travel ban orders before leaving the country via the Metrash2 mobile app. This comes as part of regulating the e-linking process between SJC and the Ministry of Interior (MOI) in order to achieve speedy and accurate sharing of information and its integration and enhance the concept of paperless institutions, as SJC said.Â
Under an agreement between SJC and MOI, there is data sharing between the two parties in order to achieve accuracy in documents and upgrade services provided to the public by facilitating procedures and speedy completion.Â
The agreement also includes the mechanism to protect personal data and privacy of information, since submitted data is used within operating the electronic systems (as beneficiary entities), without sharing these data with any other entities.
"Through the 'Metrash2' application, citizens and residents can view the circulars of travel ban orders before leaving the country," SJC said on its official Twitter handle on Tuesday.
Citizens and residents can also inquire about travel ban order through the following numbers: 5578 8372, 4459 7769 and 4459 7777.
