Qatar officials participates in a workshop organized by the Arab Interior Ministers Council
The State of Qatar participated today in a workshop organized by the Arab Interior Ministers Council in cooperation with the counter-terrorism in the Middle-East and North Africa Project on the guidelines related to special investigative techniques. The workshop was held via video conference.
The workshop discussed the international procedures and the European Union guidelines on special investigations of different types of crimes, in addition to the legal guardrails and electronic evidence among other related topics. The workshop also saw an analysis of good practices internationally and nationally related to special investigative techniques.
Director of Criminal Evidence and Information Department Brigadier Nasser Abdullah al Mahmoud participated in the workshop along with a number of specialized officers. (QNA)
