The Ministry of Public health has updated yellow and rest list for those passengers arriving from the Arab region.
The countries are classified based on the cases of Covid-19 rapidly spreading in those regions.
The yellow listed countries are as follows:
1. Bahrain
2. Kuwait
3. Saudi Arabia
4. Oman
5. UAE
6. Algeria
The red listed countries are as follows:
1. Egypt
2. Morocco
3. Iraq
4. Jordan
5. Palestine
6. Syria
7. Yemen
8. Libya
9. Lebanon
10. Tunisia
A total of 27 countries are currently in Qatar’s yellow list and a total of 167 countries are red listed. So far, only 11 countries are included in Qatar’s green list.
Individuals arriving from green list countries must undertake a mandatory 5-day home quarantine in addition to the PCR test requirements as instructed by the Health Ministry.
Individuals arriving from yellow list countries must undertake a mandatory 7-day hotel quarantine in addition to the PCR test requirements as instructed by the Public Health Ministry.
Individuals arriving from red list countries must undertake a mandatory 10-day hotel quarantine in addition to the PCR test requirements as instructed by the Ministry of Public Health.
Those individuals who are fully vaccinated and arrives from red list countries will be subject to a mandatory PCR test at Hamad International Airport upon arrival and if the test result comes positive, will have to adhere to the quarantine procedures.
GCC citizens without a valid QID arriving from green listed countries will be subjected to a 5-day hotel quarantine.
