Doha Municipality reports 54 violation in July

Health Control Section Inspection

The 1941 inspection tours were carried out by Doha Municipality's Health Control Section on different restaurants and organisations in the month of July. 

According to the Law No 8 for 1990, in regards to the human food control, the municipality issued 54 violations in the country last month.  

In addition to that, four more decisions were taken to close the restaurants and other food outlets. 

There were also 62 related complaints registered and they were addressed as per the requests made. Six violation reports were also issued with regards to this. 

The Health Control Section also resolved 48 violations through reconciliations, after the responsible parties paid the fines and removed the causes for the violations.
