MoPH guidelines for PCR test at Lusail drive-through centre
If you are availing the PCR test at Lusail COVID-19 drive-through centre, it is important to note that there are certain rules you need to follow before visiting the facility.
According to the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), the centre will only offer PCR tests and NOT Rapid Antigen Tests which are available at Primary Health Care Corporation Health Centres.
It is open from 8am to 10pm daily, and the last entrance is at 9pm. The 10-lane centre was opened on January 6, which is located opposite Lusail Circuit.
When coming to the drive-through centre, make sure to check if you are eligible for PCR test and follow the below guidelines:
• Bring your Health Card and Qatar ID.
• Wear a mask.
• Show your Ehteraz.
• If you do not have your own car, you can visit via taxi. (The process cannot be completed on foot).

MoPH disclosed that the centre can conduct nasal swabs for up to 5,000 people per day.
Moreover, it will continue to  work  as  a  centre  for  PCR  examination services as long as the demand for it remains exceptionally high because of the Omicron variant.
