Qatari Food Aid for Lebanese Army
A plane of the Amiri Air Force of the Qatari Armed Forces arrived Wednesday at Rafic Hariri International Airport, carrying 70 tons of foodstuffs, representing a new shipment of food aid provided by the State of Qatar to the army of the Lebanese Republic.
In July, the State of Qatar announced that it would support the Lebanese army with 70 tons of foodstuffs per month for a year, as part of the efforts of the State of Qatar and its firm commitment to support the Lebanese Republic and stand by the Lebanese people, in addition to its firm belief in the importance and necessity of activating joint Arab action.
