MoPH receives an International Notification on Suspected Milk Traces in the Dairy-Free Kiwigarden Coconut Yogurt Drops Product

The Ministry of Public Health has recalled specific batches of Kiwigarden coconut yogurt drops, a dairy-free product, due to suspected traces of milk.

The withdrawal comes after receiving a notification from the International Food Safety Authorities Network (INFOSAN) about the potential presence of milk allergens in the product, despite its labeling as dairy-free.

The affected batches, with expiry dates on May 9 and June 9, 2025 (6237111 and 6237163), have been subject to precautionary measures, including a circular to retailers to remove the product from shelves and inspections to ensure compliance.

Consumers with milk allergies are advised to return items from the specified batches or expiry dates to the point of purchase.
