The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has issued a safety reminder to all travelers, emphasizing the importance of not carrying luggage or packages for others without knowing their contents.

In a recent video posted on X (formerly known as Twitter), the Ministry warned that carrying items for others could result in significant travel delays and expose passengers to serious legal consequences. “Transporting unknown items on behalf of other passengers may lead to complications and potential legal issues,” the MoI highlighted.

The Ministry further advised that even seemingly innocent requests from others should be approached with caution. To safeguard yourself and prevent any unforeseen issues, travelers should ensure that any luggage they carry is strictly their own.

This alert aims to promote a heightened sense of awareness among travelers to help them avoid unnecessary risks and liabilities during their journeys.
