Ministry of Commerce and Industry Issues 7842 Commercial Registrations in First Half of 2023

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry's statistics unveiled that 7842 of commercial registrations had been issued in the first half of 2023 in trade sector.

The data MoCI has published on its Twitter account revealed that requests for renewal of commercial registration reached 67541 during the same period, while 17632 commercial licenses had been issued.

The same data indicated that 17800 requests to add and edit commercial activities had been registered, whilst requests to add a new branch reached 6081, pointing out that inspection campaigns to ensure validity of commercial registration and licenses reached 63093 in the first half of 2023.
