Local Organizing Committee: Fans Invited to Get Up Close with French Super Cup Trophy

The Local Organizing Committee for the French Super Cup has announced that fans in Doha will have the opportunity to see the tournament's trophy up close this week and take commemorative photos as part of promotional efforts for the event. The match will feature two of the strongest teams from France's Ligue 1.

The French Super Cup match will take place on Jan. 5, 2025, at Stadium 974, with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), the champions of Ligue 1 and the French Cup, will take on AS Monaco, the Ligue 1 runners-up.

As part of the event's promotion, the organizing committee, under the sponsorship of Visit Qatar, has invited fans to visit Doha's City Center Mall on Friday, Jan. 3, 2025, where the trophy will be displayed on the ground floor from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

This week, the second batch of tickets was released after the first batch, which went on sale on December 23, sold out. Tickets can be purchased through the official website: www.roadtoqatar.qa. Fans with disabilities who wish to attend the match can contact the organizing committee via email at Accessibility@qfa.qa to secure seats in the accessible seating category.

The Local Organizing Committee for football events is overseeing this decisive match, which will crown the best team in France. The event is sponsored by Visit Qatar, the primary tourism arm of Qatar Tourism, responsible for marketing and promoting the country's tourism sector.
