Our approach to transformation focuses on the optimization of technology, resources and processes to establish a smart and digital vision and roadmap for the venue. We have successfully established and created reference architectures and frameworks for the deployment of such platforms to host multiple connected venues.
To ensure the quality of delivered application services, INTALEQ follows the Application Development Process (“ADP”) to develop its projects. ADP is a matured service delivery framework that incorporates project management best practices including but not limited to time and cost estimations, project scheduling, resource planning, risk management and reporting.
From scoring and judging systems to retail transactions and home viewer experience, many aspects of major sporting events are incorporating new forms of connectivity and technology. With such new technology comes great opportunity but also great risk.
Large-scale events require an extensive technology footprint of interconnected tools and platforms operating together in an interdependent manner. Such complex scenarios and associated reputational damage that can be caused by cyber security attacks require niche skills that can manage the cyber-security operations of mega events.
