HH the Amir receives Iraq PM's written message from National Security Adviser

HH the Amir received written message from Prime Minister of Iraq, including invitation to HH to participate in regional summit to support Iraq, to be held in Baghdad on Aug. 28. The message was delivered by Iraqi National Security Adviser, during a meeting with HH the Amir.
