HEC Paris in Qatar Introduces a New Initiative Aimed at Empowering Women in Leadership Roles

HEC Paris in Qatar, a partner university of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), is set to introduce the Executive Women Leaders Program in Doha this January. This innovative, four-month program is tailored to help women advance into senior leadership roles across various sectors, providing them with the essential skills, confidence, and networks needed for success in executive positions.

As part of HEC Paris in Qatar's ongoing commitment to promoting gender equity in leadership, the Executive Women Leaders Program is a strategic initiative aimed at driving long-lasting, positive change within organizations and communities.

Aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030, the program seeks to promote diversity and excellence in leadership education, preparing women to lead transformative efforts in their fields.

Dr. Pablo Martin de Holan, Dean of HEC Paris in Qatar, highlighted the program's significance: "This initiative reflects our dedication to fostering female leaders capable of making meaningful impacts within their organizations and society. The Executive Women Leaders Program is a testament to our commitment to helping women build the skills and perspectives needed to lead with integrity and influence."

Dr. Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj, Associate Professor of Entrepreneurial Leadership and Diversity at HEC Paris in Qatar, added, "This program offers more than education; it’s a transformative experience designed to empower women to lead with authenticity and impact. We aim to provide a platform where participants can hone their leadership skills and emerge as more confident, effective leaders, ready to navigate the complexities of senior leadership."

Participants will engage in a dynamic curriculum that blends theoretical knowledge with practical application, giving them the tools and insights necessary to lead with confidence, authenticity, and strategic vision.

The program is designed for experienced professionals with at least 10 years of work experience, including five years in managerial roles. It is ideal for mid- to senior-level executives, entrepreneurs, government officials, and non-profit leaders looking to advance their leadership skills and broaden their influence.
