H.H. the Amir and President Trump discuss US-Iran ceasefire and regional developments

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a telephone call today from H.E. President of the United States of America, Donald Trump.

The two sides discuss the regional situation, especially the U.S. And Islamic Republic of Iran ceasefire agreement and its international efforts to cement.

They also talked about the impact of the situation on global supply chains and maritime security.

H.H. The Amir directed towards de-escalation and the backing of peaceful solutions, reaffirming the State of Qatar's continued coordination with regional and global partners to bolster mediation efforts carried out by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in a bid to maintain security and stability in the region.
