Foreign Minister Meets Iranian Counterpart
HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met on Thursday in Tehran with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Dr. Hossein Amir Abdollahian.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries, and various regional and international issues, as well as the latest developments in Afghanistan.
The two ministers affirmed their aspiration to develop relations between the two countries in all fields. They also stressed the importance of continuing consultation between the two countries on various issues in order to achieve stability in the region. (QNA)
