Doha will be the chosen city to host FIP Padel World Cup 2026 and 2028, The international tournament is set for the first time at the Khalifa International Tennis & Squash Complex, a venue rated to have staged some of the largest padel events in the world like Qatar Major Premier Padel editions including prior World Team Championships.
The 2026 FIP Padel World Cup will take place from the 2nd to the 7th of November, with a total of 16 national teams for men and women competing for the world title. Awarding Qatar with two back to back editions is due to their top tier sporting infrastructure, experience in hosting major events, high level of safety and legacy within the international padel scene.
Record Prize Money Announced
Upcoming editions will also include the largest prize pot in history for official padel competitions, a major sign of the importance of the sport today as well as commitment to its future from FIP and Qatar Padel Federation respectively.

FIP Praises Qatar's Sporting Excellence
FIP President Luigi Carraro added: "Giving both tournaments to Doha is a sign of confidence in the unique organisation that Qatar has shown over the years and it will deliver these world-class events once again. He pointed out that holding two consecutive editions will ensure a degree of continuity in the development of the tournament while ensuring an outstanding experience for players, federations and fans.
Carraro also hailed Doha as one of the padel homes in the world, commending the country for outstanding organisation and hospitality, along with its long tradition in supportive contributions to international expansion of padel.

Tareq Zainal, Qatar Padel Federation Secretary General said: The announcement is a reassuring confirmation of Qatar's position as an attractive destination for international padel events He also said: "This opportunity to be a host will allow the federation capitalise on previous successes and raise the existing tournament experience."
