Eid Al Adha 2026 Celebrations in Asian Town, Al Khor and Kreeq Sports

Doha: The Workers Support and Insurance Fund is organising the "Eid Al Adha Celebrations 2026 for Communities" at three venues — Asian Town in Doha, the Barwa Workers Recreation Complex in Al Khor Industrial Area, and Kreeq Sports Stadium behind Barwa Village, opposite Madinatna.

Venues and Timings

The celebrations at Asian Town and Al Khor will be held on the first and second days of Eid from 5 pm to 10 pm. Kreeq Sports will host events on the first, second, and third days of Eid from 5 pm to 11 pm.

Eid Gah at Asian Town

The Asian Town venue will also serve as an Eid Gah, with the Eid prayer facility set up in the car parking area of the cricket stadium in Doha Industrial Area. This is organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs and will accommodate 5,000 worshippers. The venue opens at 4:30 am and the Eid prayer begins at 5:00 am.

Celebrations and Activities

A musical concert featuring artists from Pakistan will be held on the first, second, and third days of Eid at Kreeq Sports Stadium. The celebrations across all three venues include cultural and traditional shows by community and school teams, musical performances by local bands, and a raffle draw with valuable prizes for the public.
The Workers Support and Insurance Fund has also arranged safety, security, and health awareness programmes, film shows by various departments of the Ministry of Interior, and free diabetic and blood pressure checkups by private clinics.

Free Entry for All

Entry to all venues is free. The Workers Support and Insurance Fund invites all members of the communities in Qatar to attend.
