Doha Metro and Lusail Tram service hours extended for Ramadan

Commencing from the onset of Ramadan, there will be extensions in service hours for both the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram.

Qatar Rail will now operate the metro and tram services from 6 am on Saturday until 1 am on Thursday. As for Fridays, service will commence at 2 pm and continue until 1 am.

Although the Qatar Calendar House, through astronomical calculations, anticipates Ramadan to commence on March 11, the official confirmation of the holy month's arrival remains under the jurisdiction of the Moon Sighting Committee at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.
