Department of Meteorology Warns of Strong Wind and High Sea

Doha, September 17 -Weather inshore will be hazy at places at first becomes hot daytime with local clouds , humid by night , the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.

Offshore, will be hazy at times and scattered clouds, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.

Wind inshore will be mainly Northwesterly-Northeasterly 4 - 14 KT gusting to 22 KT at places daytime.

Offshore, Northwesterly - Northeasterly 10 - 20 KT Reaches to 24 KT.

Sea state inshore will be1 - 3 FT, Rises to 4 FT at times . Offshore, it will be 3 - 6 FT, Rises to 8 FT.
