During the meeting, they discussed all the committees' preparations for the tournament and what has been achieved up to the moment. They also discussed proposed plans for implementation as they discussed the work of the marketing, transportation, media, tournament facilities, public relations, and ceremonies, in addition to the latest arrangements for organizing a distinguished tournament.

QBF Secretary-General Saadoun Sabah Al Kuwari stressed that all the technical, administrative, and organizational capabilities and expertise of the federation would be provided during that tournament to deliver a tournament that suits Qatari basketball and Qatari sports in general.

Al Kuwari pointed to the great cooperation from Qatar SC and those in charge of sports in the club, which heralds a successful and distinguished tournament, especially after the increase in the number of participating clubs to 18 clubs instead of 16.
