Alki David, Coca-Cola heir and celebrity hologram creator with multiple sexual assault convictions, has been ordered by a Los Angeles jury to pay $900 million to a former employee. This verdict is considered the largest-ever award for sexual damages in history. According to the attorney of the plaintiff, referred to as Jane Doe in her case against Alkiviades "Alki" David, she endured sexual assault and harassment for three years, from 2016 to 2019. "The facts of this case are so despicable. He raped my client while on trial in another case," stated Doe's lawyer, Gary Dordick, as reported by the LA Times.

In 2019, David was warned against any further assault following a $58 million sexual violence verdict won by Mahim Khan, a former production assistant.

David has been found guilty in several other sexual misconduct cases, resulting in his companies paying damages totaling around $70 million.

David's company, Hologram USA, is known for producing holographic images of deceased celebrities and offering various online streaming services. Jane Doe, the plaintiff, is a 30-year-old model who worked for David at Hologram USA and identified him as a "media mogul and billionaire" when she was hired.

Doe expressed concerns about David's behavior from the start of her employment. A female coworker informed Doe that David had kissed her against her will. The lawsuit also claims that during a 2016 business trip to David's private island in Greece, he attempted to kiss Doe, which she refused, prompting an apology from David.

Doe was fired later that year and had no contact with David until 2018, when he offered her a position as a brand ambassador for his cannabis company, Swiss-X. According to the lawsuit, after accepting the job, David gave her a tour of his hotel room and a sample of what he claimed was a CBD product. When Doe began to feel disoriented, David pleasured himself and forced her to touch his private parts.

In April 2019, Doe alleges David sexually assaulted her in a small room during a business meeting.

David's current net worth is estimated at $3.7 billion, largely derived from his wealthy Cypriot family, according to the Sunday Times annual Rich List. However, David has claimed that media estimations of his wealth are significantly inflated.

Judge Christopher L. Lui's ruling on Monday includes $800 million in punitive damages and $100 million in compensatory damages.
