Al Corniche Street
The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced that starting tomorrow, May 31, there will be a partial closure on Al Corniche Street each evening for the next three weeks. This closure is necessary to facilitate maintenance work being conducted in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic.
Specifically, two lanes will be closed nightly for motorists traveling from the Fateh Al Khair Intersection towards the Islamic Museum Intersection. The exact timings of the closures have not been specified in the announcement.
Motorists are advised to use surrounding local roads and follow posted traffic signs to navigate around the closure and reach their destinations. A map showing alternative routes has been provided to assist with planning travel during the maintenance period.
