The Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met several Their Excellencies, Highnesses, and Excellencies, leaders of countries and senior officials, on the sidelines of the lunch banquet hosted by President Xi Jinping, President of China, in the Great Hall of the People today in honor of guests and heads of states participating in the 24th Winter Olympics in Beijing, China.

His Highness met with President of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of Uzbekistan Dr Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Poland Andrzej Duda, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

His Highness also met H H Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Imran Khan, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Antonio Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, and Abdullah Shahid, President of the sixth session and seventy of the United Nations General Assembly.
