Sleepiness and fatigue throughout the day is a common problem for many people regardless of their lifestyle. If you feel constantly fatigued, concentration becomes significantly more difficult, making everyday activities seem harder to perform and much less enjoyable. Few modifications to your lifestyle can easily alleviate the need to fight drowsiness the whole day and will significantly boost all over focus, vitality and awakens.
Stay Hydrated

Get Enough Vitamin D

Control Your Caffeine Intake

Maintain a Proper Sleep Schedule
Make an effort to sleep and wake up at the same time every single day. Your sleeping cycle should be as regular as possible because it tells your body when to sleep and wake up, so during the day you may feel less sleepy and your overall sleep quality increases.
