NEOM’s Board of Directors has unveiled Jaumur, set to be the largest cosmopolitan luxury community along the Gulf of Aqaba coast. This new development is designed to meet the highest standards of future livability and active lifestyles, enhancing NEOM’s role in the regional development of northwest Saudi Arabia.

Jaumur will host an exclusive residential community of over 6,000 residents, master-planned around an inspiring marina. The community will feature 500 marina apartments and nearly 700 luxury villas, each offering waterfront access and private mooring. Two destination hotels within Jaumur will provide 350 luxurious rooms and suites, designed to allow guests to fully enjoy modern coastal hospitality and sporting activities.

The centerpiece of Jaumur is its marina, crowned with a monumental 1.5-kilometer aerofoil that not only protects the yacht berths but also acts as a stunning entrance for the world’s largest superyachts. This sculptural aerofoil establishes the marina as a vibrant hub for yachting enthusiasts and adventure seekers.

The marina promenade promises a lively mix of entertainment, leisure, and cultural experiences, featuring year-round arts events, signature retail stores, and world-class dining options.

Further emphasizing its commitment to innovation and education, Jaumur will also be home to a state-of-the-art deep-sea research center and a top-tier international boarding school. The research institute will focus on marine discovery and conservation, aiming to position NEOM as a leading center for oceanographic research. The boarding school will offer a comprehensive education to a select group of international students, delivered by a diverse faculty.

Jaumur’s architecture, where water meets golden sands against the backdrop of the deep blue Gulf of Aqaba, echoes its luxury destination status, offering a dynamic community for residents and visitors alike.

This announcement follows NEOM's introduction of several sustainable tourism destinations within the Gulf of Aqaba, reinforcing the region's commitment to sustainable progress.
